Lars Wettmann

Lars Wettmann is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in both technology and the performing arts. Currently serving as a Senior Backend Engineer at Closinglock since April 2024, Lars previously contributed to the development of EV charging web applications at Coolblue as a Python/Django Engineer from August 2020 to November 2023. As the Founder and CEO of Artship BV, Lars spearheaded the creation of an innovative art education platform, obtaining significant investment funding. Furthermore, Lars has extensive experience in dance, having worked as a professional dancer and teacher, and as a director and full-stack developer for CIRCLE Dance, where a pioneering online platform was established for dance professionals. Lars holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Codarts Rotterdam.
