Jamel Merzouk

Jamel Merzouk is the owner of CLOSTERA, a consulting firm focused on cloud, data, and services management, since 2017. They previously led a Business Unit at Experis IT (2007–2013) and directed BUSINESSLINE & GLOBAL Technologies France with ITSM expertise (2013–2017). Earlier roles included Directeur d'Agence at OPEN (2005–2007) and Responsable Avant-Vente at Gfi Informatique (2001–2004). They held a DESS Logistique et Marketing (2000–2001) and an MSG (1998–2000) from Université Panthéon Sorbonne.
