Neha Ghai is an HR professional with over four years of experience in human resources. Currently serving as the HR Manager and Head of People and Culture at Cloud Certitude since January 2021, Neha has previously held the position of Sr. HR Generalist at 360 Degree Cloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from July 2016 to December 2020. Areas of expertise include employee engagement, performance appraisals, recruitment cycles, and various HR processes such as induction, attendance, salary audits, and the management of PF and ESI.
