Rob Hagle

Product Owner at Cloud Coach

Rob Hagle has held several positions in the customer operations and customer success fields. Rob began their career in 2014 as a Software Engineer - Support at HERE Technologies. In this role, they were the project leader for a globally instituted department support tracking tool and administered global training and monthly update meetings.

In 2018, they moved to Tracker Corp as a Customer Success Engineer. In this role, they wrote, edited, recorded, and cataloged a suite of training videos for current and potential customers, performed nearly 100 live trainings, and created custom reports for clients.

In 2020, they joined Cloud Coach as a Senior Customer Operations Engineer and Senior Customer Success Manager, Team Lead. In this role, they lead the Customer Success team, worked in training, mentoring, and building new processes across the CS organization, provided plans for at risk customers, and ensured prompt resolution of questions, issues, and requests. Rob then moved to Senior Customer Success Manager, where they were in charge of the success of their top customers and saw NRR grow to record percentages. Finally, they held the position of Customer Success Manager.

Rob Hagle obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Software Engineering from DePaul University between 2011 and 2015. Rob also holds a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, which they obtained in August 2021 from Salesforce.
