Rahul Gupta

Rahul Gupta has over 18 years of work experience, beginning in 2001 as a Senior Member of Technical Staff (CRM Practice) at HCL Technologies. In 2003, they moved to IGATE as a Senior Project Manager (ERP/CRM Practice). In 2008, they joined Entrust Datacard as an ERP-CRM Integration and Configurator Architect and Business Analyst- Call Center, Field Service, Contracts and Spares Management. In 2021, they became a Board Member & Director Of Technology at the Chance Foundation of Minnesota, as well as a Co-Founder and VP of Customer Success at Cloud Compliance.

Rahul Gupta completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University between 1994 and 1997. Rahul then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Institute of Management Studies between 1998 and 2001. Rahul also obtained certifications from Salesforce, Microsoft, and Sun Microsystems, namely Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in March 2020, Microsoft SQL Server Professional in January 2004, and Sun Certified Java Professional in January 2003.
