Rishabh Goel

Rishabh Goel started their work experience as a Salesforce Developer Intern at Bharti Airtel in 2018. During this time, they worked on Salesforce Admin and Development and was part of the SFDC CoE team. Rishabh then joined Appirio as an Associate Consultant in 2019, where they primarily worked as a Salesforce Developer on various Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, and Community.

In 2021, Rishabh joined Salesforce as a Success Engineer and worked as a Tier 2 Success Engineer, assisting customers in resolving their issues and collaborating with other Salesforce internal teams. Later in the same year, they transitioned to the role of Lead Salesforce Developer at Cloud Compliance, where they are currently positioned.

Overall, Rishabh has gained extensive experience in Salesforce development and support, starting from an internship to progressing to lead positions in different organizations.

Rishabh Goel completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Arya Institute of Engineering & Technology in Jaipur. Rishabh studied at the institute from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Rishabh has obtained several certifications from Salesforce. These certifications include Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Architect (obtained in April 2023), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification (obtained in January 2022), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (obtained in August 2020), Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning consultant (obtained in July 2020), Salesforce certified Einstein analytics and Discovery consultant (obtained in June 2020), Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (obtained in April 2020), Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) (obtained in February 2020), and Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Certification (obtained in December 2019).
