Mark Melton

Mark Melton has over thirty years of professional experience in the areas of business law, commercial transactions, salesforce.com implementation, real estate investment and development, commercial cleaning services, advertising, and product management. In 1980, they began their career as a Product Manager at Sunkist Growers. Mark then moved on to Home Savings of America FSB as a Senior Vice President - Director of Product Management & Development in 1983. In 1990, they became Managing Partner of Melton/Campbell Advertising, an advertising agency specializing in direct response and lead generation programs. Mark then served as President of Melton Services Corp., which operated Molly Maid of Santa Barbara/Ventura, in 1992. In 1997, they became Owner/Founder/President of Coverall Mountain & Pacific, a master franchise system covering Hawaii, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico, Northern Nevada, and much of California. In 2007, they took on the role of Managing Director of Drake Forest Investments, LLC, a Multi-family and Commercial Real Estate investment and development company with properties in California & Hawaii. Mark then became Of Counsel at the Law Office of Barry Kurtz in 2012, where they represented and advised businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals in business legal matters and commercial transactions. In 2014, they began working at Melton Law Group, P.C. as an Attorney at Law, representing and advising businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals in business legal matters and commercial transactions. In 2015, they became Chairman/Co-Founder of Cloud Creations, Inc., which provides Salesforce.com implementation services, including data import, integration, documentation, reports, and training. Finally, in 2017, they became President/CEO of JanNation, Inc., providing a full range of commercial cleaning services.

Mark Melton obtained their BA in Business/Economics & Psychology from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics in 1980. Mark then went on to receive their MBA from Drucker School of Management in 1983. In 2003, they graduated from Santa Barbara College of Law with a J.D. degree. In 2012, they earned a Certificate in Private Capital Markets from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Additionally, they hold a CFE - Certified Franchise Executive certification.
