Michael Wicherski has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2006 as a Technical Administrator (Volunteer) for Joanna Tukaj MD. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at MK Partners as a Developer Team Lead and Implementation Developer. During this time, they also wrote the Learning Apex Programming title published by PACKT Enterprise Publishing. In 2014, they began working as a Systems Architect: Sr. Salesforce Developer and Consultant for both Michael Wicherski and The Agency RE. At The Agency RE, they also served as the Director of Software Engineering and Sr. Salesforce Developer. In 2015, they were a Technical Editor for Salesforce for Dummies 5th Edition and an Author for Pearson Technology Group's Salesforce for Developers LiveLessons. In 2016, they returned to working as a Systems Architect: Sr. Salesforce Developer and Consultant for Wicherski, Inc. and was also a Technical Editor for Salesforce for Dummies 6th Edition.
Michael Wicherski has an extensive educational background. Michael graduated from Notre Dame High School in 2006, and then went on to obtain a BS Degree in Information Systems Management and Business Management from California State University, Northridge in 2012. Michael furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University in 2020. In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained a number of certifications, including a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II in 2017, a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2016, a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder in 2016, a Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in 2016, a Salesforce Certified Administrator in 2014, and a Salesforce Certified Developer in 2012.
