Evan Skamarock has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Evan began their career as an Assistant Electrician at Kapteyn-Murnane Laboratories (KMLabs) Inc. where they constructed server racks, performed software and hardware updates, and assisted in the construction of laser motor systems.

In 2009, Evan joined the University of Puget Sound as a Student and later took on the role of International Review Board Student Liaison. Evan served as the student interlocutor between the department IRB staff and the student body, attending meetings, offering recommendations, and aiding students in understanding and conforming to IRB requirements. Evan also conducted anthropological research in Bhairawah, Nepal, focusing on social and cultural changes brought by out-migration and return remittances.

After graduating from university in 2013, Evan worked as an Administrative Assistant at Dermatology Associates, providing comprehensive administrative support, assisting with reception and scheduling, and executing public relations campaigns to inform practitioners and patients of updated services.

From 2014 to 2019, Evan served as the Lead Behavorial Therapist at the Organization for Research and Learning (O.R.L.), where they played a key role in providing behavioral therapy services.

In 2019, Evan joined Array Behavior Services as a Behavioral Health Technician 2, and in 2021, they transitioned to their current role as the Lead Data Analytics Engineer at Cloud Data Consulting. In this role, Evan is responsible for building, monitoring, and maintaining data ingestion using FiveTran and Matillion. Evan also develops and implements data governance and strategy policies, as well as performs data transformation using dbt, Matillion, and Python.

Evan Skamarock pursued their education from 2009 to 2013 at the University of Puget Sound, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Anthropology. In addition to their academic qualifications, Evan also holds a SnowPro Core Certification from Snowflake, which they obtained in June 2022.
