Amala Ramaiyan

Amala Ramaiyan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2023. Amala started their career as an HR Recruiter at Job Giants HRD Solutions from November 2008 to December 2011. Amala then worked as an HR Recruiter & Admin at Prozeon Teleservices And Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd from January 2012 to February 2014. Amala then joined iExemplar Software India Pvt Ltd as an HR Manager from May 2015 to April 2020. Amala later became the Head of the Dept - Recruitment at Codingmart Technologies from May 2020 to October 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Lead at Cloud Destinations, starting from June 2023.

Amala Ramaiyan's education history begins with their attendance at Pandit Nehru Matric Hr Sec School from 1994 to 2005. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutrition and Dietetics at PSG College of Arts and Science from 2005 to 2008. Finally, they attended Barathiyar University from 2009 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
