Corrie du Plooy

Corrie du Plooy is an accomplished Industrial Psychologist registered with the HPCSA and currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Cloud Essentials and Salient eDiscovery. They bring a wealth of experience in managing the entire employee life cycle, enhancing performance management processes, and developing recruitment strategies. Previously, Corrie held positions including Human Resources Manager at Arc Skills and Consultant-Industrial Psychologist, where they focused on creating efficient HR processes. Corrie completed their Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North West University in 2012.
