Currently serving as Regional People Partner at Bolt since March 2024, Romain previously held the position of HR Partner France at Lufthansa from June to November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as RRH and Partner EMEA at LANXESS and HR Partner France at both Circ and Bird. Romain has also worked as Responsable des Ressources Humaines at XPO Logistics and held several HR roles including Chargé des Ressources Humaines at RIVP and OCEAN. Romain's educational background includes several degrees in Human Resources Management from institutions such as SUP des RH and Université Paris Cité, complemented by international experience in New Zealand, Indonesia, and Australia.
