Stephen has been working in the non-profit sector his entire career. With roots in public media then transitioning to implementation and data analytics projects with some of the largest non-profits in the world. Much of that experience has been focused on direct marketing and campaign response analysis working with Target Software and Target Analytics. He came to the Salesforce ecosystem in 2011 as one of the early team members of roundCorner and founded the Campaign Services team there. With the Salesforce acquisition, Stephen moved to the product development group, serving as the lead engineer for the Insights product.
Stephen earned the Salesforce Administrator certification in 2012.
In his free time, Stephen enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, and home improvement projects that start small but usually don’t end that way.
