John Bosch has extensive experience in operational and customer success leadership, having held key positions at various technology companies. As Senior Lead Consultant at Cloud Giants, John contributes expertise in strategic consulting. Previous roles include Director of Operations and Director of Customer Success at HqO, as well as Director of Customer Success at Rapid7. John also served as Senior Director of Strategy at Intraway Corp. and held multiple positions at NetCracker, including Sr. Director of Cable and Regional Director of Strategic Accounts. John Bosch earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, with earlier education at Salem High School.
