Felipe Serra

Felipe Serra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Felipe is the founder of Cloud Humans, a company they started in 2020. Prior to that, Felipe worked at Rappi as the Head of Operations from December 2018 to August 2020. In this role, they oversaw logistic operations nationwide, managed a team of 91 people, and was responsible for hiring, performance management, and budgeting.

Before Rappi, Felipe worked at Uber in various roles. From August 2017 to November 2018, they served as the Senior Operations and Logistics Manager for Uber Eats. Felipe successfully expanded the operations to 30 cities in just two months, reduced delivery costs by 25%, and improved service reliability in Brazil. From October 2016 to July 2017, Felipe was a Strategy and Operations Manager for Uber Eats, where their responsibilities included acquiring courier supply and launching the business in Brazil. Felipe also worked as an Operations and Logistics Manager in 2015, where they played a key role in establishing Uber in Belo Horizonte and creating a regionalized fraud process.

Earlier in their career, Felipe worked at Lojas Leader as a Senior Analyst. During their tenure from January to September 2015, they led the restructuring of store processes and successfully launched the company's first store in São Paulo. Felipe started their career at AD&M Consultoria Empresarial, where they held various positions including Project Management Office Director, Project Manager, and Business Consultant from 2007 to 2011.

Additionally, Felipe has experience working at Indra, IPEA, Alianza Consultoria Empresarial, Concentro - Federação das Empresas Juniores do Distrito Federal, and FNQ - Fundação Nacional da Qualidade, where they held different roles and contributed to projects and initiatives.

Felipe Serra obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Universidade de Brasília between 2006 and 2011. In 2012, they attended Novancia Business School, but it is unspecified what degree or field of study they pursued there. In July 2013, Felipe earned a certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
