Ian Kraskoff

Ian Kraskoff has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Ian is the Founder and CEO of cloud humans, a company that provides end-to-end solutions for customer support problems. Prior to this, Ian worked at Loft, a real estate company in Brazil, where they served as the Director of CX and Acquisitions & Supply. Ian was responsible for leveraging technology and data to transform the buying and selling processes. Ian also pursued an MBA at INSEAD from 2018-2019.

In terms of their previous roles at Uber, Ian served as the Interim City General Manager at Uber Eats and held positions such as Senior Operations Manager and Operations & New Partnerships Manager at UberEATS. Ian was responsible for managing partnerships, improving operations, and driving growth.
