Simon Elms

Simon Elms is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in the gaming and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as CFO at Cloud Imperium Games since 2014, Simon manages the financial function of the Group and contributes to strategic planning. As Managing Director of Elms Financial Consulting since 2006, Simon provides financial and strategic support to various businesses, including established companies and start-ups. Previous roles include CFO and Advisor at Cubic Motion, CFO at Image Metrics, and Finance Director and CFO positions at Warthog Games and Warthog plc, where Simon played a key role in significant growth and strategic initiatives. Simon also has experience with Ciba and PwC, where foundational skills in finance and corporate recovery were developed. Education includes a degree in Management Science from The University of Manchester and qualification as ACA.
