Yu DU, PhD is currently working as an R&D engineer and data scientist at Appvizer since January 2022. Prior to that, from October 2018 to December 2021, Yu was a Ph.D. researcher at IMT Mines Alès, focusing on performance improvement of recommender systems. Before that, from February 2017 to April 2018, Yu was a researcher and engineer at CIRAD, working on designing and developing a Knowledge-based system (KBS) based on semantic web techniques. Yu holds a PhD in Informatique and Data Science from Ecole des Mines d'Alès, as well as a Master's degree and a Licence in related fields from University of Montpellier and Université Clermont Auvergne respectively.
