Saritha Prabhu has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Saritha'smost recent role was as Lead - Talent Acquisition and Account Delivery at Cloud Kinetics. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at MindPec Solutions and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Insistent Technologies & Consulting Sdn Bhd. Saritha also held positions as Sr. Executive - Recruitment - APAC at Nityo Infotech, Sr. Executive - HR at KARYA Technologies, Manager - HR at Twice Group, Sr. Executive - HR at PCS, Sr. Executive - HR at CareerOne Solutions Pvt Ltd, and Executive NRC at Future Focus Infotech.

Saritha Prabhu completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from PSG College of Arts and Science in 2000. Saritha then pursued a Master of Arts degree from the University of Madras, completing it in 2003. In 2005, they attended Loyola College and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, which they completed in 2007.
