Anna Sogrina is an experienced professional in human resources and agile facilitation. Currently serving as an Agile Facilitator and People Manager at CloudLinux since September 2023, Anna previously held the position of Human Resources Lead at InvestEngine from April 2020 to December 2022. In this role, Anna successfully established the HR processes as the first HR manager of the company. Prior to InvestEngine, Anna was the Head of the HR department at USSC Ltd., the largest information security system integrator in the Urals, Russia, from May 2012 to April 2020, overseeing a team of system engineers and developers. Anna's career began as an HR-manager at Microtest from July 2010 to May 2012. Anna holds a Specialist degree in Political Science and Sociology from Ural State University named after A.M. Gorky, earned in June 2007.
