Denis Bykov has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Denis started their career in 2010 as a Maintenance Technician at Eldorado, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Store Manager at GameZone. Then, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as a System Support Engineer at the company "Group of Companies 'Holiday'." In 2016, Denis joined Plesk as a Technical Support Engineer, eventually progressing to the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer from 2017 to 2018. Denis then became the Chief Support Engineer at Plesk from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Denis works at CloudLinux as a Technical Support Engineer, a position they have held since July 2020.

Denis Bykov began their education at Siberian State University of Telecommunications and Information Science in 2006, studying Multichannel Electrocommunication and Optical Communication Systems. However, they did not complete their degree at the university.

In addition to their university education, Denis has obtained several certifications. In November 2018, they received the KCS v6 Practices certification from The KCS Academy - the Only Authorized Certifying Body for KCS. Denis also holds the Red Hat Certified Engineer certification from Red Hat, which they obtained in December 2018. In February 2017, Denis obtained the Plesk Onyx for Windows Expert certification from Plesk, along with the cPanel & WHM Administrator certification from cPanel. Their most recent certification is the Plesk Obsidian for Linux Expert, which they obtained in April 2020.
