Eric Ellis

Eric Ellis currently serves as the Technical Account Manager of Global Hosting at CloudLinux since January 2021. Previously, Eric held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at cPanel from October 2007 to September 2019, where the focus was on building teams responsible for developing features for the leading hosting control panel in the industry. Earlier in their career, Eric worked as a Support Representative at Marshal8e6 from May 2005 to October 2007, specializing in spam management for prominent companies, government entities, and NATO allies. Additionally, Eric served as a Shift Supervisor at EV1Servers between 2004 and 2006, leading a team of 12 in resolving issues related to Linux and Windows web servers.
