Sofya Shapkina

Sofya Shapkina is currently serving as a Relocation Coordinator and People Manager at CloudLinux, where responsibilities include coordinating the grade review process, managing the employee benefits program, and leading intern recruitment projects. Previously at SPARK, Sofya worked as a Recruiter, successfully sourcing and placing candidates in the fintech and Web3 sectors while managing end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients. Sofya also held a Handshaker position at HUMANS, focused on connecting individuals with opportunities in the Web3 space. At Intella, Sofya served as a Technical Recruiter, employing advanced sourcing techniques and collaborating with stakeholders on vacancy requirements. Additionally, as a Corporate Culture Specialist, initiatives included designing training programs and utilizing employee feedback for cultural improvement. Education is pursued at the Russian State Hydrometeorological University, specializing in Slavic Languages and Literature.
