Merv Small

Merv Small is a ServiceNow strategist and technology leader who currently serves as the Founder and Managing Director of Agiro, a digital transformation agency. At Cloud Raptor, founded in 2022, Merv drives operational and strategic initiatives focused on advancing cloud technology. With previous experience as the ServiceNow Solutions Lead at Foxtel and a Director at Deloitte Australia, they have demonstrated expertise in IT service management and business process consulting. Merv also lectures at Western Sydney University, coordinating the course INFO5001, which covers ServiceNow fundamentals. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Western Sydney.
