Carol Wedekind

Carol Wedekind is a seasoned professional in sales operations with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Sales Operations Analyst at Cloud Software Group since August 2023, Carol previously held the position of Sales Operations Specialist at GeekHive, where responsibilities included managing opportunity and contract timelines, Salesforce administration, and implementing process improvements. Prior to this, Carol spent over 14 years at Moxie Software, Inc. in various sales operations roles, focusing on contract management and reporting analytics, as well as serving as an Account Manager. Carol began the career at Insightful Corporation as an Account Manager. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Vanderbilt University.
