Damian Thompson

Damian Thompson is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in account technology strategizing, consultancy, and infrastructure engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Account Technology Strategist and Lead Consultant at Cloud Software Group since August 2022, Thompson previously held positions such as Principal Consultant and Senior Consultant at Citrix from December 2018 to March 2023. With a strong focus on Citrix infrastructure, roles included Citrix Infrastructure SME at Aldermore Bank PLC from January 2014 to December 2018, and 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer at Intercept IT from April 2011 to December 2014. Earlier experience includes 3rd Line Support and Citrix Architect for the GCSX Project at Slough Borough Council, as well as systems administration and engineering roles at Reed Elsevier and JMC. Education was completed at St. Wilfrids C of E High School.
