Derek Rice

Derek Rice is an experienced technology strategist and customer success professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Lead Account Technology Strategist at Cloud Software Group since January 2023, Derek previously held various technical and managerial roles at Citrix from December 1998 to January 2023, including Lead Customer Success Engineer and Principal Technical Account Manager, where responsibilities encompassed driving product adoption and managing key enterprise accounts. Earlier experience includes working as a Field Consultant at Rapidigm, specializing in the implementation and customization of Computer Associates products. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus, earned in 1997.
