Emily Massari is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in HR strategy and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Director, HR Business Partner at Cloud Software Group, Emily leads HR efforts for 8,000 employees globally, providing strategic guidance to leaders. Previously, as Human Resources Director at TIBCO, Emily supported multiple business functions and nurtured a culture of belonging and diversity. At Alpine Data, as the first HR employee, Emily established the HR department from the ground up.
