Jaimee Watson-Helm is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner for the Nordics at Cloud Software Group since September 2024. Previously, Jaimee worked as a Global Human Resources Business Partner and Global Talent Lead at Axel Arigato, overseeing HR functions for retail locations across the EU and USA. Jaimee's extensive experience at Volvo Cars included roles such as People Experience Partner and Lead Recruiter for EMEA, focusing on recruitment and talent management within product creation and R&D teams. Additional experience includes recruitment consulting for EF Education First and teaching roles, complemented by a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington.
