Jim Knox

Jim Knox is an accomplished legal professional with a focus on intellectual property and litigation. Currently serving as Vice President of Intellectual Property, Products & Litigation at Cloud Software Group since November 2022, Knox previously held multiple roles at TIBCO Software Inc. from 2006 to October 2022, including Vice President of Legal Affairs & Intellectual Property. Prior experience includes positions as an attorney at Heller Ehrman LLP and Wiley Rein LLP, specializing in intellectual property and antitrust litigation, as well as serving as a law clerk to Judge John S. Rhoades at the U.S. District Court in Southern California. Jim Knox earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and an A.B. with Distinction from Stanford University.
