Kate Stemle, CBP, currently serves as the Director of Global Benefits at Cloud Software Group, focusing on harmonizing benefits following the merger of Citrix and TIBCO. With extensive experience in well-being and global absence management, Kate has held various leadership roles, including Senior Well-Being & Global Absence Manager at Citrix, where significant well-being programs and the Global Absence Center of Excellence were established. Previous roles include Global Well-Being Consultant at ALLSOURCEPPS, Inc., and Manager of Employee Health & Well-Being at NextEra Energy, Inc., where innovative health improvement strategies were developed. Kate's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health from the University of North Florida.
