Luisa Petralia

Luisa Petralia is an accomplished Account Executive at Cloud Software Group since December 2022, with extensive experience in customer relationship management from various roles at TIBCO between December 2016 and November 2022, including Lead Customer Relationship Manager and Senior Customer Relationship Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships and handling subscription renewals across multiple European regions. Luisa also held a position as Business Development Executive focusing on inbound sales for the DACH region and Eastern Europe. Prior to TIBCO, Luisa gained experience in marketing, communication, and interpretation through roles at EASI, Favignana Incontri, Schopp Competence Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbh, APT Servizi, and the Festival International du Film d'Amour. Luisa holds a Master's degree in International Business Economics and Management from KU Leuven and completed an Erasmus Project focused on Languages Interpretation and Translation at UMONS, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Comunicazione Interlinguistica Applicata from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
