Sara Holmes is currently the Principal Legal Counsel at Cloud Software Group, Inc., bringing over 15 years of strategic corporate legal experience with a specialization in IP licensing. Prior to this, Sara served as an Associate Attorney at McConaughy & Sarkissian, P.C. and as Corporate & Litigation Counsel at SKH Law.
