Sivabalan A has extensive experience in engineering and technical support, beginning with a role as a Technical Support Officer at HCLTech, providing remote assistance for Outlook client issues in 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Sivabalan served as a Senior Technical Support Executive at Sutherland, focusing on Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Server connectivity.
