Stefan Kostial

Stefan Kostial is an experienced professional in technical communications, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Communications at Cloud Software Group since February 2021. In this role, Stefan is responsible for managing technical writing and content management for the Information Builders product group, overseeing various product lines including ibi™ WebFOCUS® and ibi™ Data Quality. Prior to this position, Stefan held the role of Director of Technical Content Management at Information Builders from June 2001 to February 2021, where extensive collaboration with product management teams led to the development of end-user technical content and educational videos for enterprise software products. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Communication and Specialized Journalism from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
