Alice S has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Alice started their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Grey MatterZ in 2016, where they managed resources and staffing, achieved sales goals, and provided excellent customer service. In 2019, Alice joined Peritus as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, where they focused on recruiting high-level engineers and IT professionals and built a strong network of contacts. Alice also conducted yearly reviews and raises for employees. In 2021, Alice moved to Access Global Group as a Lead Recruiter/Client Relationship Manager, where they expanded the company's team by hiring talented individuals worldwide. Currently, they are working as a Recruitment Head at Cloud Space LLC, responsible for the strategic growth of the company's technical talent community through full-cycle recruitment processes.
