Alaa Jaouani is a SysOps Engineer at ip-label group since January 2022, specializing in service continuity and administration of a global production system with over 1200 servers. Previous experience includes a role as a system engineering intern at ADACTIm, where a multi-subscription Azure management platform was developed, and an engineering internship at ESPRIT, focused on orchestration and supervision of a Blockchain application. Alaa also provided customer service support at Teleperformance Tunisie for Amazon.fr and completed educational internships, including a development project for ALECSO and a summer internship at STEG creating a Java application for HR management. Alaa holds a degree in IT Architecture & Cloud Computing from Ecole Supérieure Privée d'Ingénierie et de Technologies - ESPRIT and a Licentiate degree in Management Informatics from Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis.
