Randall Massie has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and software engineering. Randall currently works as a Cyber Security Engineer at Bread Financial, where they focus on safeguarding financial services information assets and proactively identifying and mitigating potential threats. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the CISO of Cloud Underground, a startup specializing in cloud-native DevSecOps technology. Randall has also worked at Alliance Data Card Services as a Senior Software Engineer, where they gained expertise in application development, site reliability engineering, DevSecOps, and PCI compliance. Additionally, they have experience as a PC Technician at Staples, where they provided technical support and sold computer and network equipment. Early in their career, they served as a Fireman in the U.S. Coast Guard. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to improving product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Randall Massie received their Associate's degree in Computer & Information Technology Systems Management from Ashworth College in the years 2005 to 2007. Randall has obtained multiple additional certifications throughout their career, including:
