Currently serving as the Vice President of the Advanced Solutions Group at Cloud Warriors, Doug leads a team focused on developing collaboration tools and automation. Previous roles include Senior Contact Center Engineer at Cloverhound, where Doug provided consulting and automation for contact center deployments, and Full Stack Developer at ATSG, where Doug architected and developed management products for contact center implementations. Doug also has extensive experience in Cisco Unified Communication solutions, having served as Senior Cisco Unified Contact Center Engineer at ShoreGroup and Senior Collaboration Engineer at Presidio. Earlier in the career, Doug held positions as Senior Network Engineer at ProVest and Network Operations Manager at Infinity Business Systems, managing diverse telecommunications and networking services.
