Tim Harris

Tim Harris is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Cloud303 since March 2025, Tim previously co-founded and led 4s3 Bioscience, Inc. as President and CEO from 2007 to 2012. Other notable positions include Vice President of Corporate Development at Repligen Corporation in 2006, COO and Vice President of Business Development at Peptimmune, Inc. from 2002 to 2006, and Associate Director of Corporate Development at Genzyme Corporation from 1997 to 2001. Tim's career began as a Research Associate II at Immulogic Pharmaceutical Corporation and as Lab Manager at Tufts University School of Medicine. Tim's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Louisville.
