Manika Saini is an experienced professional in customer success management and cloud solutions, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Cloud4C Services since April 2023, focusing on global cloud infrastructure management and digital transformation. Prior to this, Manika held the position of Team Lead for Cloud & Hosting Solutions at SoftwareONE from September 2015 to November 2022, overseeing key account management, revenue operations, customer excellence, and project management.
