Amina Garau

Amina Garau has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. Amina began their career in 1999 as a Network Engineer at Global One, a joint venture between Sprint, Deutsche Telekom, and France Telecom. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing solutions for IP and data networks. In 2001, they joined Colt Technology Services as Senior Program Manager, where they were responsible for the governance of new product development projects worldwide. From 2005 to 2012, they were Head of Presales and Programme Manager at Tiscali Italia SPA, where they managed a team of 10 presales consultants and was responsible for the launch program of Tiscali TV. In 2012, they began teaching at IED Istituto Europeo di Design. Since 2016, they have been VP of Customer Success and Service and Director of Sales Consulting and Customer Success at Cloud4Wi. In this role, they understand clients' requirements for their business service, acts as a technical subject matter expert, creates product documentation, and performs competitive analysis.

Amina Garau's education history includes a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Cagliari in 1999, a Post-graduate diploma in Business Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences between 2003 and 2004, and Telecommunications Engineering from University of Twente.
