Mathilde Neute has held a variety of roles in their career. In 2021, they began working for Cloud4Wi as a Corporate Programs. Prior to this, they were an Office Manager (trilingual) for GeoUniq from 2018 to 2021. From 2016 to 2018, they were an Elementary School Teacher for Lycée Victor Hugo - Ecole internationale. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Collections & Exhibitions Registrar for Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle, with an extended leave in 2016. From 2011 to 2016, they were also an Assistant Registrar for Muséum du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac, with a fixed terms mission for PPRI (Parisian urgent plan for flooding risks) as an assistant for planning and organization of a moving of around 70.000 artworks.

Mathilde Neute has a diverse educational background, beginning with a French economic baccalauréat from the Prytanée National Militaire. Mathilde then went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Art History from the Ecole Du Louvre in Paris in 2009. In 2010, they completed a Diplôme de muséologie (master's degree first year) from the same school, with a focus on Museology & preventive conservation research. Mathilde Neute then obtained a Bachelor's degree in History and Geography from the Université de Paris Nanterre in 2011. That same year, they earned a Master's Degree in Régie des Œuvres et montage d'expositions from the Université de Picardie Jules Verne (Amiens). In 2015, they earned a DAEFLE/Diplôme d'enseignement du français langue étrangère (eq.Bachelor's degree) from the Alliance française Paris Ile de France - CNED. Mathilde Neute is currently pursuing a Scienze della formazione primaria - Ciclo unico degree at the Università di Pisa, which they expect to complete in 2025.
