Scott A.

Scott A. has held various executive roles in the customer service and technology industries. In 2020, they joined Cloud4Wi as their Chief Operating Officer & Board Member. Prior to that, they held a Board Member position at Bottles Waiting, a Software as a Service (SaaS) company, from 2016. From 2010 to 2016, they were the CEO and President/COO of TuneCore, a digital music distribution and artist services company. In 2010, they were also the Director of Customer Care & Call Center Strategy at OneTechnologies. From 2005 to 2010, Scott was the Vice President - Customer Care at eHarmony. Before that, they were the Vice President Customer Care & Contact Centers at Cendant Travel Distribution Services and Vice President Customer Care at Orbitz, both from 2001. Theirfirst executive role was as Manager of Clubs and International Lounges at US Airways from 1999.

Scott A. attended Pepperdine University from 1978 to 1981, earning a BA in Business Communication. Scott then attended Temple University School of Law from 1994 to 1998, obtaining a JD in Labor Law.
