Beata Weiss

Beata Weiss currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Head of HR at Cloud5 Communications, a role held since April 2024. Prior to this, Weiss was the SVP of Human Resources at Epsilon from August 2016 to April 2024, where the focus was on outcome-based marketing and advanced data technology. Additional HR leadership experience includes positions at IRI, Pacific Resources, GATX, and Exelon, where key responsibilities involved enhancing service delivery in HR operations and developing high-performance workplace cultures. Weiss's career began in HR roles at AAR Corp and Advanced Search Group, Inc., and included earlier experience in university housing management. Weiss holds a Master's degree in Education Administration and Foundations and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Illinois State University.
