Brian Callanan

Brian Callanan is currently serving as the IT & Facilities Coordinator at Cloud5 Communications, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Brian worked as a Barista at Starbucks from July 2022 to December 2023, where a positive team-oriented attitude and comprehensive knowledge of coffee were demonstrated. Brian's experience also includes roles at Tucows as a Domain Compliance Officer, Reseller Support Advisor, and Customer Service Advisor, focusing on customer support and domain name registrant assistance from 2012 to 2022. Prior to Tucows, Brian spent time at Chase Paymentech, contributing to merchant services and relationship management from 2007 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Digital Marketing Nanodegree from Udacity and a background in recording arts.
