Gary Sanborn

Gary Sanborn has a strong background in technical support, with their most recent role being Tier 2 technical support at Cloud5 since April 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Telnet Corp as a Tech Support from September 2006 until April 2014. Gary also gained experience in technical support at Percipia from May 1997 to August 2006.

Gary Sanborn obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix from 2012 to 2014. In 2012, they also earned a certification in 3300 IP Installation and Maintenance from Mitel. Additionally, in 2009, they obtained a certification in 200 ICP Installation and Maintenance, also from Mitel. Prior to these certifications, from 1987 to 1991, they completed their high school education at Mansfield Sr. High and received a diploma.
