Nickie Povel is the founder of Tech4Girls, a non-profit organization based in Berlin that aims to close the gender gap in IT by inspiring young girls to embrace technology and develop programming skills. Currently serving as the CMO and consultant for Cloud7, Povel leads brand and performance marketing strategies while collaborating with the executive team on strategic direction. Povel has extensive experience in marketing leadership roles, previously holding positions such as CMO at Helpling and Anyfin, as well as Global Gillette Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. They hold two Master’s degrees in Business Management from the University of Münster and Montpellier Business School.
