Mark Carman

Mark Carman has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mark is currently the Head of Sales and Marketing at Cloud8 - BEAM at Work™ since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Director at Aon from April 2020 to August 2022. Before Aon, they were the Marketing and Communications Director at Fertifa from September 2019 to April 2020. In addition to their corporate roles, they also founded MC2 Engage in August 2019, where they provided communication services to organizations in the reward and recognition industry. Mark worked as the Head of Communications at Smarterly from February 2019 to June 2019. Prior to their entrepreneurial venture and roles in the finance sector, Mark held various marketing and communications positions at Edenred from August 2009 to December 2018 and at Motivano.co.uk from October 1999 to August 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Publisher at Brass Tacks Publishing from June 1996 to October 1999, and as a Business Development Manager/Publisher at Touch International Communications from February 1995 to June 1996. Mark started their career as a Senior Account Director at Computerised Marketing Technologies from August 1993 to January 1995.

Mark Carman has studied Physics, maths, and electrical engineering at the University of East Anglia, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Physics. Additionally, they have completed A Levels in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at the Salisbury College of Technology.
