Simon Wallington

Simon Wallington has extensive work experience in various technology roles. Simon is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Cloud8 - Digital Employee Benefits Solutions since October 2021. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, they worked at OVO Energy where they held the positions of Head of Engineering and Senior Software Engineering Manager. From 2012 to 2017, Simon served as the Principal Architect and Head of NLG Cloud at Arria NLG plc. Before that, they worked at Cramer, Amdocs OSS Division from 2005 to 2012, initially as a Software Architect and later as a Product Owner. Simon also gained experience at Two Way Media as the Head of Development and Senior Software Developer, as well as at Artsoft Ltd and Anite as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer respectively.

Simon Wallington attended the University of Essex from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.
